The Hazeltine Estate is the perfect wedding venue for couples who want to have their ceremony and reception in one location. It offers exquisite outdoor landscaping with many beautiful areas for photographers to utilize for portraits. There is an option for your ceremony to be covered in the event of rain at their large tent location just to the side of the barn which houses the public restrooms and the bridal suite in the loft upstairs in the barn.

Receptions are held under the terrace pergolas with ample room for a large dance floor area in the middle and a raised platform for the DJ to set up.

This venue lends itself well to weddings that are modern, elegant and romantic.

The ground floor of the mansion is available for use as is the basement, which is used for the groom and groomsmen to get ready. They have a sitting area with a TV, pingpong and Foosball table.

The ground floor can be used for first looks, formal portraits by the fireplace or serving desserts.

The Bridal Suite is upstairs in the barn and is very spacious with lots of light and beautiful furnishings. It features a makeup wall with counter and mirrors with lights above. There is also a sitting area, a dining area and a full kitchen along with a bathroom on the same floor.

The outdoor ceremony area features a pergola and a stone aisle. It is surrounded on the west by hedges and the north by the barn. The mansion sites just to the upper rear of the ceremony area.

This is the perfect venue for weddings with less than 200 people. Your style can be modern, ecclectic, boho, classic or anything you dream up but it lends itself well to elegant, modern and romantic weddings.

What is the capacity at the Hazeltine Estate?

Smaller weddings of up to 50 can be accomodated on the first floor of the mansion and up to 200 on the outdoor lawn ceremony area with the pergola which is just below the reception area just outside the mansion.
